Delivery:

-Currently we Delivery only to the United Arab Emirates , Bahrain, Saudi Arabia Kuwait and Oman.
-The delivery will be made by courier to your address.
-Shipment charges of AED 15 on the products below AED 84 Across UAE (T&C Applied).

-Shipment charges of AED 10 for the products between AED 84- AED 199 Accross UAE

 (T&C Applied).

-Free Delivery for the products above AED 200 Across UAE Only (T&C Applied).

*Please note all the Takara Tomy , Bandai, Good Smile products imported from Japan have Shipping Charges of AED 20 Across UAE. 

Products of the Brands such as Swarovski, Seven Friday , Xiomi , Nintendo, Bose , PS4 , PS5 , PowerA are imported from Another country Please note expected delivery is 7 to 10 working days.

-2 Working Days* for Domestic shipments within UAE 
-Free Delivery for the products above AED 250 Across UAE Only.
-Shipment charges of all international shipment will depend on region, time Frame and weight of product.
-All the international shipments will be delivered within 8-15 working days, In case if any individuals require product to be shipped in quicker time frame then they can contact our customer support team for assistance and Express Shipping charges.

 

TERMS OF CARD ON DELIVERY:

-Card on Delivery Applies for the product Costing AED 350 and above.
Currently we have card on Delivery Option for the Delivery Across UAE (Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman) only.

-2 Working Days* for Domestic shipments within UAE
-8-15 Working Days* for international shipments.

Return Shipment or RMA:

-Shipping Charges are customer’s responsibility.
