Cancellation Policy
At shoppers kart, we believe customer satisfaction is the major priority, if a customer wants to cancel the order please check the below scenarios:
Customer can cancel their order within 4 hours and refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Case No 1: Cash on Delivery
• There are no charges if customer himself calls / emails us before shipping.
• If the customer wants to cancel the order only on delivery, customer has to bare Aed 30 as shipment charge even if the product they order had free shipment.

Case No 2: Payment via Credit Card
• If the customer has requested to cancel the order before Shipping via Call / Email. We don’t charge the customer any extra amount, but if the credit card company charges for any transaction charges Shoppers kart or any of our team member directly or indirectly linked are not responsible for it.
• If the customer has requested to cancel the order while delivery. We charge the customer for AED 30 as a Shipment charge same is applied in case of free shipment orders, also if the credit card company charges for any transaction charges Shoppers kart or any our team member directly or indirectly linked are not responsible for it.

Note: Good once sold / Accepted can’t be considered in above clauses.

All warranty periods indicated are from Shopperskartuae, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by Shopperskartuae. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website or product manuals/packaging for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer’s limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does Shopperskartuae warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.

To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact Shopperskartuae by phone or email to address the problem. Our technical support team will be registering your complain and providing you a RMA number which will be used for further services.

After receiving an RMA number, you will be required to ship the defective item back to Shopperskartuae with the RMA number marked or labeled on the package. Also include a copy of your invoice and any email correspondence you have had with our support staff. Shopperskartuae recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as Shopperskartuae does not warrant a physically damaged product. Shopperskartuae does not accept packages sent collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping and provide the necessary information and receipt for reimbursement, if applicable.

Shopperskartuae will not cover any shipping charges for any return or products to be repaired once the product is accepted by buyer. We request buyer to drop off the product at our service center to claim warranty or if customer wishes to opt for pick up and drop off  service for RMA/Repair items, he will be charged AED 50/- (Fifty Dirham) for our pickup and drop services within UAE. 

If the product is determined to be defective and it is covered by our warranty policy, you will be informed and when it will be ready will be shipped out as soon as possible or you have to come to our store to pick up when it will be ready for pick up and you will be informer by e-mail or phone.

For any defective products you will have to wait an estimated 2~6 weeks until Shopperskartuae gets a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier.
It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turnaround times. Some manufacturers offer direct-swap, cross-ship, or even next-day to-your-door replacement warranty services.

Shopperskartuae can help facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service. For any products that have a warranty, Shopperskartuae will not cover shipping charges.

If the product sent to us is not defective, you will be charged for shipping charges.
Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation.

Shopperskartuae is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier, please read your product warranty information carefully before contacting us.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (STANDARD RETURN POLICY)

CLEARANCE, PROMOTIONAL, DEALS, SALE, DISCOUNT AND SELLING WITH SUPER LOW PRICE PRODUCTS STANDARD RETURN POLICY
• Return for refund within: no
• Return for replacement with in: 3 days
• Restocking Fee: Yes
This is our Standard Return Policy for Promotional, Deals, Sale, Discount and Selling With Super Low Price Products. Items covered by this policy must be returned for replacement within 3 days of the invoice date. Will be applied Restocking Fee from 15%. No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as part of clearance, promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers or noted as free or super low price. 

LAPTOPS, DESKTOPS, COFFEE MACHINE AND OTHER ELECTRONICS STANDARD RETURN POLICY
• Return for refund within: 7 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
• Return for replacement with in: 7 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
• In Cases of Dead on Arrival ( DOA) Product , Products must be reported within 2 days. Otherwise it would not be subjected to replace only repair.
• Restocking Fee: Yes
• Warranty: 1 year
This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Laptops ,Desktop, Coffee machine and other electronics. Items covered by this policy can be returned within 7 days of the invoice date. But in case wrong information about faulty of items, customer will be charged AED 50/- for pick & drop service.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty and replacement.
• Any physical damage
• PC, Coffee machine and other electronics that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number
PC, Coffee machine and other electronics that are missing the manufacturer warranty label
PC, Coffee machine and other electronics that were missing parts, box, adapters or any other accessories from the original box
PC, Coffee machine and other electronics Returned without original invoice
PC, Coffee machine and other electronics which not satisfying manufacturer warranty policy
PC, Coffee machine and other electronics which is not satisfying Customer Satisfaction policy
• Laptops and Netbooks models which are coming with original Windows or any other software, after using them, activating or starting software cannot be returned or replaced.

MOBILE PHONES, SMART PHONES STANDARD RETURN POLICY FOR WARRANTIED MODELS ONLY
• Return for refund within: 3 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
• Return for replacement with in: 3 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
• Restocking Fee: Yes
• Warranty: 1 year
• Note: Mobile Phones or Smart Phones if we are selling with warranty, we will indicate about warranty period in invoice. If in invoice we did not indicate warranty this is meaning Mobile Phone or Smart Phone without warranty!
This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Warrantied Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones. But in case wrong information about faulty of items, customer will be charged AED 50/- for pick & drop service.

• Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones which is not satisfying Customer Satisfaction policy

MOBILE PHONES, SMART PHONES STANDARD RETURN POLICY FOR NON WARRANTIED MODELS ONLY
